This looks like it would work for for phones and tablets. The temperature setting is adjustable in 1 degree increments. Also comes with a soft silicone cover to help transfer the heat into the screens. The heat is fairly well even around the whole table and would probably be even better with the silicone. Overall I'm happy with it.
